I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a beautiful view, even though it wasn't what we initially booked. The service was friendly and helpful, but some staff seemed more concerned about tips than assisting. The location was perfect for both adults and kids with plenty of activities, but there were limitations to the dining experience despite its affordability. The facilities were beautiful, yet some aspects fell short compared to expectations.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a convenient kitchenette area for making breakfast. The service was extremely nice and helpful, and the location couldn't be better, near both Lahaina and Kaanapali Beach. The dining experience was mostly perfect and affordable. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything you need for a great vacation.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The rooms were incredibly spacious with lush views of the West Maui Mountains through expansive windows and big sliding glass doors. The separate shower and oversized jacuzzi tubs added a luxurious touch, and having a complete kitchen was so convenient. While the rooms were in generally good repair, the view from the 10th floor was simply breathtaking.
